WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT ON THE SERVICES OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SERVICES.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Delaware or another location mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of that party's intellectual property rights.
