Craig Gaghich brings over a decade of operational leadership, strategic planning, and executive development experience to WAIMI. His background spans the U.S. Army, manufacturing, and law enforcement, where he specialized in building high-trust, high-performance cultures and implementing Lean and Agile methodologies.

As Co-Founder and Catalyst Collective Lead, Craig is responsible for building and scaling WAIMI's entrepreneurial community platform. His leadership style is grounded in discipline, adaptability, and a relentless focus on measurable results, safety, compliance, and team development—skills honed through complex, mission-driven environments.

Craig has provided advisory support to early-stage ventures, focusing on leadership development, process optimization, and the design of scalable operational systems. Holly Rivera serves as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at WAIMI, bringing extensive experience in operations management, client success, and organizational development. As COO, Holly is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, building and leading the operational team, and ensuring that all processes are optimized for efficiency and scalability. Brian Wolf serves as Co-Founder and Chief Quality Officer at WAIMI, bringing decades of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. Based in Tampa, FL, Brian has been a Director of Quality & Regulatory Compliance since 1987, providing deep expertise in ensuring operational excellence and compliance across complex organizations.

As CQO, Brian is responsible for establishing and maintaining WAIMI's quality standards, ensuring all client deliverables meet the highest levels of excellence, implementing compliance frameworks, and optimizing processes for efficiency and consistency. His SCRUM Master background enables him to drive agile methodologies throughout the organization.

Brian's experience includes successful AI implementation projects, including an AI Search Tool that reduced cycle time to locate hard-to-find products and propose solutions within 48 hours across Aerospace, Gas & Oil, Robotics, EV, Medical, and Industrial markets. This practical AI experience, combined with his quality expertise, positions him to ensure WAIMI's AI-powered solutions deliver consistent, reliable results.
