This Spiritual Wellness Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Moving Qigong LLC dba House of Guanyin, represented by Coach Katrina (Katrina T. Olurinde), hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and the individual identified below, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

Payment Terms & Billing
Subscription and Premium Coaching plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. The Client authorizes recurring charges for the selected plan until a written cancellation request is submitted. Personal Consultation sessions are billed per session at the time of booking. All invoices and billing confirmations are sent electronically via email. Accepted payment methods include all major credit/debit cards via the secure Stripe payment portal.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time with written notice sent to houseofguanyin@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. For Personal Consultation sessions, a minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. No-shows are non-refundable.

It is not a substitute for licensed psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychiatric care. Coach Katrina is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.
Client Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for their own mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The Client is encouraged to seek professional medical or mental health support for clinical conditions. The Client is advised to consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any wellness program.
No Guarantee of Results: Spiritual growth and personal transformation are deeply individual processes. House of Guanyin makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or timelines. Results vary based on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances.
Limitation of Liability: Moving Qigong LLC, dba House of Guanyin, and Instructor Katrina T. Olurinde shall not be held liable for any emotional, psychological, physical, financial, or other outcomes arising from participation in spiritual wellness services, whether virtual, in-person, or through the online platform.
Platform Access: Continued access to the Skool platform is contingent upon active subscription status. House of Guanyin reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue platform content with reasonable notice to subscribers.
Agreement & Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Client confirms they have fully read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement, including the disclaimer, limitation of liability, cancellation policy, and payment terms. The Client affirms that all information provided is truthful and complete.

This Confidentiality and Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Moving Qigong LLC dba House of Guanyin, represented by Coach Katrina (Katrina T. Olurinde), hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and the Client identified below. This Agreement governs the collection, use, storage, and protection of all personal, spiritual, and wellness-related information shared during the Client's engagement with House of Guanyin's spiritual wellness services.
Terms of Confidentiality & Privacy
1.Protection of Personal Information. All personal information provided by the Client — including but not limited to full name, contact details, date of birth, time of birth, gender, and any personal history — will be held in the strictest confidence by Moving Qigong LLC and Coach Katrina. This information will not be shared, sold, disclosed, or distributed to any third party without the express written consent of the Client, except as required by applicable law.
2.Spiritual & Wellness Information. Any spiritual, emotional, psychological, or personal information shared by the Client — whether during sessions, through intake forms, or via email correspondence — is considered sensitive personal information. It will be used exclusively to support the Client's wellness journey and will not be disclosed to outside parties without explicit written consent from the Client.
3.Session Privacy. The content of all coaching sessions — whether conducted virtually via the Skool platform, video call, or in-person — is strictly confidential. Coach Katrina will not share, reproduce, or disclose session content, personal disclosures, or spiritual revelations made by the Client to any third party. Sessions will not be recorded without the Client's prior written consent.
4.Online Platform & Community. The Skool platform community (House of Guanyin Watch & Flow) is a shared community space. The Client is encouraged to engage respectfully and understands that content shared within the community forum is visible to other members. Coach Katrina will not share the Client's private session information within the community space.
5.Electronic Communications. All billing, invoices, session confirmations, and service correspondence are conducted electronically via email. The Client's email address and contact information will be used exclusively for service-related communications from House of Guanyin and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6.Data Storage & Security. Client records, intake forms, signed agreements, and related documents are stored securely by Moving Qigong LLC. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are in place to protect client data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Payment information is processed exclusively through the secure Stripe payment platform and is not stored by House of Guanyin.
7.Photography, Video & Testimonials. No photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings of the Client will be taken or used without prior written consent. Client names, likenesses, personal stories, or testimonials will not be used for marketing, promotional, or educational content without explicit written authorization signed by the Client.
8.Proprietary Content & Intellectual Property. The Watch and Flow Method, curriculum materials, guided practices, video content, downloadable resources, and all materials available through the House of Guanyin platform are the intellectual property of Moving Qigong LLC. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, share, or commercially exploit any proprietary content without prior written permission from Moving Qigong LLC.
9.Exceptions to Confidentiality. Confidentiality may be limited under the following circumstances: (a) if the Client discloses information suggesting imminent risk of harm to themselves or others; (b) if disclosure is required by applicable federal or state law or legal process; or (c) if the Client provides explicit written authorization for a specific disclosure. In all such cases, only the minimum necessary information will be disclosed.
10.Client Rights. The Client has the right to: (a) access their personal information held by Moving Qigong LLC; (b) request correction of inaccurate records; (c) request deletion of their personal data upon termination of services, subject to applicable legal retention requirements; and (d) withdraw consent for data use at any time in writing, understanding that this may affect service delivery.
11.Provider's Ongoing Obligation. Coach Katrina's obligation to maintain client confidentiality is perpetual and continues indefinitely beyond the conclusion of the Client's engagement with House of Guanyin. This obligation extends to all staff, contractors, or representatives of Moving Qigong LLC who may have access to client information.
12.Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Alabama. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication before pursuing legal remedies.
📋 Client Acknowledgment & Consent
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have fully read and understood this Confidentiality and Privacy Agreement. The Client consents to the collection and use of their personal and spiritual wellness information as described herein, solely for the purpose of facilitating the spiritual wellness services provided by Moving Qigong LLC dba House of Guanyin.
The Client understands they may withdraw this consent at any time by submitting a written request to houseofguanyin@gmail.com, and acknowledges that withdrawal of consent may affect the ability of House of Guanyin to continue providing services.
