AGREEMENT TERMS

Please read and agree to the following terms:

I agree to use the equipment only for its intended purpose (foam dart battles and recreational play) and will not modify, alter, or attempt to repair any equipment.

I agree to ensure all participants wear provided eye protection at all times during use and will supervise all participants to ensure safe and proper use of equipment.

I agree to keep the equipment in a secure location when not in use and protect it from theft, loss, damage, and adverse weather conditions.

I agree NOT to use the equipment for commercial purposes, to harm anyone, modify blasters, use under influence of alcohol/drugs, or use in violation of any laws.

I acknowledge that foam dart battles involve inherent risks and voluntarily assume all risks associated with equipment use. I agree to hold Rocket City Backyard & Events harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries.

I agree to pay for any damage to or loss of equipment during the rental period, including repair costs, replacement costs, and cleaning fees.

I understand the cancellation policy: 7+ days = full refund, 3-6 days = 50% refund, less than 3 days = no refund.

I confirm that all participants will be at least 6 years of age and that adult supervision (18+) will be present at all times during equipment use.
